🐾 WILD ENCOUNTERS: Princess Xena — Nobody Messes With Homer!

Witness Something Remarkable.

When Plan A Doesn't Work

Princess Xena has never been shy about enforcing the rules at the Feeding Rock. And apparently, even a six-point buck isn't exempt.

This time, Xena tries to kick the larger buck away from the food.

But there's a problem.

He completely ignores her.

Xena seems perplexed. She walks away and approaches Homer, our three-point buck. The two appear to have a little consultation before Xena makes her next move.

And what a move it is.

The Second Confrontation

Xena returns with a stiff-legged walk and an unmistakably assertive posture.

This time, the six-pointer backs down.

But the drama isn't over.

The larger buck appears to redirect his frustration toward Homer, who backs away as the six-pointer goes after him.

Big mistake.

The moment Xena notices what's happening, she takes off after the six-pointer. The chase carries them out of camera view, bringing this remarkable encounter to a dramatic finish.

And here's one final twist: we haven't seen that particular six-pointer on our trail cameras since September 5.

More Than Meets the Eye

Deer communicate through body language, posture, and movement. Although we can't know exactly what the animals were thinking—or why the six-pointer hasn't returned—the sequence offers a fascinating glimpse into their interactions.

And for those of us who have followed Xena and Homer's adventures, there's something especially entertaining about the way this encounter unfolds.

Apparently, Xena can pick on Homer.

But nobody else gets to! 😂

Watch the complete, uninterrupted two-minute encounter to experience the drama for yourself. Because every visitor has a story to tell.
